Hey,
I am Yen, and I have ~15 years of experience developing Go-to-Market strategies for iconic brands, such as Duracell, Pampers and Google Pixel. As an innately curious person, I am always looking for opportunities to stretch myself outside my comfort zone. You will find me uncomfortably excited when I am blitz-advising startup founders, angel investing, building a Large-Language-Model based productivity solution, running 500m away from large icebergs… One of my proudest achievements is earning the trust of Italian food producers without speaking a word of Italian. Amidst the unprecedented technological advances, uncertainties around the impact of AI & Climate Change to humanity and increasing polarization, I believe that Antifragility will be critical to thriving in this new era.
This is how we work:
- Humility: It will not be the best of times if we know exactly how & when things play out. Know that we will be wrong. Think probabilistically.
- Data-driven: We don’t know what we don’t know. The only way to know is to experiment & analyze. Turn these data into insights. Then it’s yours.
- Ownership: No one can know what you think, but everyone will see what you do. We see (a problem), we fix, we improve. Repeat the cycle
- Bias for Action: No plan survives the first contact with the enemy. There is no perfect plan – Launch & fail fast, iterate and plan for >1 scenarios.
